I am so grateful for friends and new opportunities! Today I presented on Conscious Parenting to therapists who are part of the Austin Association for Marriage and Family Therapy - and it was delightful!

I felt grateful to be able to share what Conscious Parenting is really about and give them a deeper insight into what I am so passionate about. Not for my sake - but for families and kiddos that need support. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

As a soon-to-be therapist, I am grateful to be part of a professional community that is open-minded, supportive, and making a difference in the world.

We get so much pressure to be and do - MORE. And somewhere along the way we forget who we are because we are trying to be bigger and better. But we are magic. And often, we have magic rig at our finger tips.

Don’t let anyone pressure you into bigger and better or MORE.
