I had the absolute joy of being the guest speaker at the Ladies Lifestyle Network event hosted by Jessica Cherry at Vista Brewing in Driftwood. Let me tell you, the evening was a soulful reminder of the power of gathering women in community.
Surrounded by beautiful Hill Country views, incredible food, and the warmest group of women, I delivered my talk, "Redefining Success: Embracing Joy and Connection in Work and Life." Speaking to this group felt like sharing a cozy conversation with friends, united by a desire to lead more joyful, authentic lives.
The evening was not only about sharing my story—it was about listening to theirs. I was moved by the openness and vulnerability in the room as women shared their struggles and triumphs. Each story reminded me that we are all navigating similar challenges, yet we have the power to lift each other up in profound ways.
One of my favorite moments came after the event, as we mingled under the twinkling lights. Women approached me to share how my words resonated with them, sparking new perspectives and reigniting their hope. It felt like a full-circle moment: what I gave that night came back to me tenfold in the form of their stories, laughter, and energy.
As I drove home, I felt inspired and rejuvenated, grateful for the courage, grace, and strength of the women I had the honor of connecting with. The Ladies Lifestyle Network is doing incredible work by creating spaces where women can show up as their authentic selves, find inspiration, and build meaningful connections.
Thank you to Jessica Cherry for hosting such a special event and to each woman who showed up, listened, and shared your light. I can’t wait to see how you redefine success in your lives—and I’m so honored to walk this journey alongside you.
Here’s to more evenings of connection, joy, and embracing our authentic selves.
With gratitude,
Catia
