Finding Peace and Authenticity: My Experience at the Awaken and Align Healers Summit
I had the privilege of participating in the Awaken and Align Online Healers Summit, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. This free, week-long event brought together healers from all over the world—bodyworkers, energy workers, therapists, and more—each dedicated to helping others reconnect with their true selves.

On Thursday, I hosted my session, “Healing Anxiety and Reclaiming Your True Self,” and it was a heartfelt opportunity to share tools and insights that have changed my life and the lives of my clients. From grounding practices to reframing anxious thoughts, we explored ways to move from a place of fear to one of peace and authenticity. The live interaction with attendees was amazing. Their vulnerability, curiosity, and openness to growth filled the space with so much light.
One of the most inspiring aspects of this summit was the shared mission among all the healers to guide others toward wholeness. Each speaker brought a unique perspective, offering practical tools and spiritual wisdom that complemented one another beautifully. It was a reminder of how interconnected we are in the work of healing—whether it’s through touch, words, energy, or community.
I left the summit feeling deeply aligned and energized, grateful for the opportunity to connect with such a diverse and passionate audience. To everyone who tuned in, thank you for showing up for yourself and for allowing me to be a part of your healing journey.
A big thank you to the organizers of Awaken and Align for creating this meaningful space, and to all the participants who joined us live or watched the replay. Events like these are proof that even in a virtual setting, powerful transformation can happen.
Here’s to continuing the journey of healing, growth, and alignment—together.
With love,
Catia

Redefining Success: A Night of Connection and Inspiration at Vista Brewing
I had the absolute joy of being the guest speaker at the Ladies Lifestyle Network event hosted by Jessica Cherry at Vista Brewing in Driftwood. Let me tell you, the evening was a soulful reminder of the power of gathering women in community.
Surrounded by beautiful Hill Country views, incredible food, and the warmest group of women, I delivered my talk, "Redefining Success: Embracing Joy and Connection in Work and Life." Speaking to this group felt like sharing a cozy conversation with friends, united by a desire to lead more joyful, authentic lives.

The evening was not only about sharing my story—it was about listening to theirs. I was moved by the openness and vulnerability in the room as women shared their struggles and triumphs. Each story reminded me that we are all navigating similar challenges, yet we have the power to lift each other up in profound ways.
One of my favorite moments came after the event, as we mingled under the twinkling lights. Women approached me to share how my words resonated with them, sparking new perspectives and reigniting their hope. It felt like a full-circle moment: what I gave that night came back to me tenfold in the form of their stories, laughter, and energy.
As I drove home, I felt inspired and rejuvenated, grateful for the courage, grace, and strength of the women I had the honor of connecting with. The Ladies Lifestyle Network is doing incredible work by creating spaces where women can show up as their authentic selves, find inspiration, and build meaningful connections.
Thank you to Jessica Cherry for hosting such a special event and to each woman who showed up, listened, and shared your light. I can’t wait to see how you redefine success in your lives—and I’m so honored to walk this journey alongside you.
Here’s to more evenings of connection, joy, and embracing our authentic selves.
With gratitude,
Catia

Connection and Inspiration at the Wimberley Public Library
I had the honor of participating in the Meet and Greet Your Local Authors event at the Wimberley Village Library. Surrounded by the vibrant energy of our local community, I spent the day connecting with readers, fellow authors, and friends old and new. It was a truly magical experience!

I brought along copies of The Courage to Become and A Gentle Return—both books deeply rooted in my own journey and the lessons I hope will inspire others. But it wasn’t just about selling books; it was about creating moments of connection. I got to meet readers who shared their personal stories, and we bonded over the themes of courage, healing, and transformation.
What stood out the most was the incredible warmth and support of our Wimberley community. I spoke with people who came to the event simply to celebrate the love of books and storytelling. It was such a gift to exchange hugs, laughter, and heartfelt conversations in a space that champions creativity and connection.
This event reminded me of why I write: to create a bridge between my story and yours. Whether you stopped by to purchase a book, grabbed an inspirational t-shirt, or just said hello, I am deeply grateful. Every interaction filled me with gratitude for the way stories can bring us together.
Thank you to the Wimberley Village Library for hosting such a beautiful event and for shining a light on local authors. To everyone who stopped by—thank you for your kindness, your support, and for letting me share my journey with you.
Here’s to the transformative power of books and the amazing community we’re building here in Wimberley!
With love,
Catia
